Her understanding of our budget and friendly approach encouraged my father to seek advice and request her to also work on the plumbing and re-wiring of our whole apartment. Given how old the unit is with its original kitchen cabinets, wiring and plumbing, there had been some unforeseen problems but Chloe was able to resolve them with ease. Seeing her communication with her teams also gave us a good impression of her.

She would always ask us about our interests and work with it to settle on a good proposal. Chloe always go the extra mile such us helping us research items for the house like our fridge and stove and meeting up with us to go buy the items. Even when my parents ask last minute requests, she would find a solution for it.
