I’ve gone through 7 IDs before deciding to sign up with David from Weiken. From the 1st meet up, David gave me confidence with his portfolios and his skill to sketch on the spot with some technical measurements even, for some of my tricky parts of the house. He is also nice to talk to, very patient in explaining many things to first time home owner like myself. He gave fair advice also and never force his own opinion / idea to me. He understood my perspective and budget very well and he adjust the design accordingly. During the renovation, the coordination and management of workers are very good, the workers (eg electricians, suppliers) are also very responsive and helpful. I got very timely updates on the progress of the house with photos and videos. At the end stage of the renovation, David also help to check some defects which I have missed. The rectify works is also quickly arranged and done. I’m very grateful to be recommended David Wah through a friend. I want to recommend him also for anyone’s remodelling project.
