"The homeowners wanted a luxurious design (but not something traditional or too mediocre). As a result, I suggested the Transitional style that combines traditional with modern design elements.
Additionally, the existing layout was changed to accomodate 3 common bedrooms instead of 2. Kitchen was also completely revamped to deliver the "open concept" kitchen with a generous Island."
