During the first meeting with him, he listened to all my requirements professionally and explained the steps for my renovations. He even explained on the different designs and/or types of materials that may be suitable for my unit. During the design stage, whenever i have multiple queries or changes to the design, he never failed to reply to my queries and attended to my changes promptly even outside of his working hours. The first design he prepared was wonderful which captured all the design which I wanted for my first dream house. From the selection of materials, he would shortlist a few options out of the hundreds design that will suit the theme of my house for me to choose from.
During renovation stage, he would go the extra mile to quickly rectify a few unsatisfactory works with various contractors expeditiously. I am able to concentrate on my day-to-day work with ease while he will coordinate all the renovation works smoothly and will update the progress regularly. Whenever i have additional request, he would attend to it immediately. The final product was stunning!
