This was our first home renovation so my husband and I have been careful on shortlisting IDs that fit into our design preference for Modern Luxury theme. Weiken was high on our list as we were able to view their portfolio by each individual designer on their website. In the end, we decided to engage Emily Neo as she displayed a great sense of aesthetic design and colour matching. We also appreciated how Emily was always able to understand our requirements quickly and provide options.
Overall, our renovation experience was pleasant where Emily and team managed to complete the renovation on time. The quality of work was also high that there were minimal issues we could spot. Any issues highlighted were also quickly rectified to our satisfaction. We were particularly happy with the craftmanship quality of the carpentry works where we expected to find defects after hearing horror renovation stories but had found no major issues!
When Emily first showed us the 3D renderings, she told us that the actual outcome would be at least as beautiful if not better. We were skeptical about this at that point of time but now we are convinced as the end results is really as beautiful as the 3D rendering! We received lots of compliments for our newly renovated place that looks very elegant and harmonious in colour tone.
While Weiken is not the cheapest in terms of pricing, they are also not sky-high, we felt that their pricing is reasonable given the good quality of work without project delays. Would highly recommend Emily Neo for her great work done.
