Things were also being explained clearly before anything were started, workmanship for the whole renovation were good too. He even give us good advice on what are the things to be done and what is not needed too. Carpentry and the tiles were to mention they did a very good job as well as the painting for the house.
After renovation is done we went to see the house and it turned out out to be better than we expected it to be.Howard also quite efficient even after handling over the house to us, like the touching up after staying for a night.
